Founded by family and friends, The Obligato String Quartet has 15 years of experience creating the perfect accompaniment for special occasions.

The quartet's wide ranging and ever expanding repertoire has something for everyone, whether that is an elegant background of classical favourites, a lively selection of sing-a-long pop classics, or a dreamy and dramatic selection of film and disney music.

As well as weddings, The Obligato String Quartet has also performed for many public and private events such as: Garden Parties, Conferences and Christmas Parties.

We are also able to add piano and/or double bass to the group subject to availability.
